Reliance Wayne -- Guest house manager
Reliance Wayne is the most able manager of our guest house.  When our guests are happy, Reli is happy.  She prides herself on preparing delicious, nutritious meals with lots of fresh fruit.  She enjoys meeting people from all over the world, learning about their countries and language, and teaching them about her own.

Dellington Bare` -- A- Team Manager
A multi-talented individual, Dellington is an excellent guide underwater, especially if you're into the "small stuff", like pygmy sea horses and tiny nudibranchs.   He also produces irresistable carvings of the creatures we meet underwater.  He has recently been promoted to A Team Manager,  and is preparing  to become the first active Solomon Islander  PADI instructor in the country.   If he is not diving, fising gear or carving, Dellington can be found on the soccer field

Bryan Palmer -- Our maintenance supervisor
A divemaster for almost 3 years now, Bryan is especially good at caring for and watching our newer divers, helping them to gain confidence in their abilities and increase their skill levels. He helps to ensure that your stay with us will be pleasant and safe.  Bryan is also a skilled carpenter. After diving, soccer is his next passion in life.

Tom Shockley -- SDA's US agent and contact
Tom really needs no introduction.  Associated with Lisa and Dive Makai Charters for many many years, he has agreed to be our US agent and contact person.
