Bill Blakie-Walang, NSW, AUS
“So great to hear from you. I have been wanting to write
you, but
honestly, all of us are in a stunned depression being back in Los
Angeles and can barely do anything. I really mean it. We are all
sitting around wondering why we are not still in the Solomons:) It
was such a great trip for us all. WE MISS THE SOLOMONS, YOUR CREW
AND MOST OF ALL SPENDING TIME WITH YOU LISA.
Thank you so much for such a great time over the past two weeks. It
was a big highlight for our whole family and I think will stay with
my kids forever.
We are all wearing our necklaces that we bought from the islands as a
reminder of the fabulous trip. But REALLY, it fails in comparison to
being actually there. Where is the Kitcha pulling up to the dock in
the morning to greet us? You joining us for starlit dinners? Where is
Broom, Ronald, Dellington and Nate with their confident smiles and
diving calm.. Where is Midget and McTavish who at a moments
notice will fly off the bow to swim with Dolphins.-------
guess what I am saying is we miss you, miss the lifestyle,
miss the
time we had in Peava. Miss your boys, your dogs, your
singing voice, your visits before the dives, the calm of the place.
Just MISS IT TO DEATH. But the good news is that we can come back and
look forward to our next visit.”
